Than consult a real estate agent, because they can buy properties from anywhere and can sell anytime,They are like investors who buy with cash in any area, any condition, and for any reason. They will give you an honest estimate of your home in its as-is condition.I also went for real estate agent when it comes to Buying or selling a property.
